Here's an easier picture. It's Fasha (or Seripa) one of Bardock's comrades in that tv special. I'm not sure if she's really Goku's mother, but I'm 100% positive Bardock is hitting that shit... Before the saiyans were all nuked anyway... Anyway yeah, nothing too crazy.
